Around the Industry
DataRobot, a leader in Augmented Intelligence, announced that it would acquire Algorithmia, a machine learning operations (MLOps) platform provider. Over 130,000 IT operations, data scientists, and engineers have used the Algorithmia platform to date. With the acquisition, DataRobot intends to integrate Algorithmia’s model serving with its existing expert-level model monitoring and management capabilities to deliver the most reliable and cost-effective method for running any machine learning model at scale.
HP announced that it would acquire Teradici, a global leader in remote computing software, to enhance its capabilities to deliver new compute models and services tailored for hybrid work. By combining Teradici’s expertise in cloud PC and virtual workstation solutions with its ZCentral Remote Boost software, HP plans to offer a broader remote compute platform that includes on-premise and cloud solutions from any device.
Microsoft announced it would acquire Suplari, a supplier spend insights provider, to enhance its Microsoft Dynamics capabilities to help customers maximize financial visibility by using AI. Suplari’s technology helps mid-size and large enterprises continuously manage costs and cash flow using data, automated insights, and predictive actions. The company currently manages more than $180 billion in spend across millions of global transactions each month.
Partner Program Announcements
Cynerio, a leading healthcare IoT cybersecurity and asset management solution provider, announced its global channel partner program launch. The new partner program will provide MSPs, VARs, and MSSPs that service hospitals and healthcare systems the resources they need to provide their customers with a comprehensive security platform. In addition, partners in the program will receive service revenue opportunities, access to risk assessments for their customers, training, managed services, and sales enablement tools.
Sage, a leader in cloud business management solutions, announced Sage 20 for 20, an accelerator program for accountant partners. The new program is designed to provide partners with solutions and resources to grow and scale their businesses. In exchange for 20 customer referrals per quarter, partners in the program will receive access to resources for growth and scalability, such as robotic process automation (RPA), digital marketing, and SEO.
HVR, a leading provider of real-time cloud data replication technology, announced its global partner program expansion. The HVR Partner Program currently supports cloud providers, ISVs, and systems integrators across all major verticals. The new updates to the partner program include an enhanced partner portal, flexible partnership structures that include reselling and referrals, and partner-focused resources to deepen collaboration to drive joint success.
Partnership Announcements
Deloitte and Palo Alto Networks announced a strategic alliance to enable digital transformation initiatives securely. The alliance will combine Deloitte's cyber risk consulting services with Palo Alto Networks’ market-leading cybersecurity platform technologies to help mutual enterprise and government customers stay agile and innovative as they pursue their digital transformation initiatives to address their needs for a distributed workforce.
Veristor, a provider of IT business technology solutions, and Network Data Systems, a provider of IT infrastructure services, announced a new partnership to deliver managed services for secure networking. The partnership will allow mutual customers to access a suite of managed networking services such as proactive monitoring, fault isolation, and incident management to secure and enhance their networking operations.
