Comcast Business has announced it will acquire Masergy, a global leader in managed network, cloud, and security services. Masergy currently has over 1,400 customers in nearly 100 countries. The acquisition will help Comcast Business accelerate its position in the global mid-market and enterprise sectors, where Masergy has a solid footprint.
Partner Program Announcements
Black Kite, a cyber-risk rating provider, announced the launch of its first partner program. The Black Kite Aviator Partner Program enables VARs, MSSPs, and SIs to sell Black Kite’s security products such as its Ransomware Susceptibility Index, a tool for organizations to assess ransomware attack risks, and OpenFair Tool, a platform that performs risk assessments. In addition, partners have access to a partner portal that will provide sales and marketing materials, deal registration, and other enablement tools.
Tessian, a leading enterprise email security provider, announced it would move to a 100% channel model and reveal its first partner program. The invite-only program will enable cybersecurity partners to differentiate their offerings, design new service packages, and increase their profitabilities by offering Tessian’s solutions. With the announcement, Tessian plans on inviting more security-centric and strategic go-to-market partners onboard to broaden its ecosystem. The program has been operating in stealth mode and currently has between 60 to 70 partners across the globe.
Checkmarx, a leader in developer-centric application security testing solutions, announced its new global partner program. The new program will emphasize growth opportunities, continuous enablement, and rewards and incentives. Partners in the program will receive access to resources such as deal registrations, lead sharing, benefits such as sales rebates and discounts, marketing campaigns, and certification programs.
Trend Micro announced a new channel partner program, WeDiscover, to strengthen its market presence across Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. The new program will allow partners to leverage Trend Micro solutions, build new security expertise, and grow profitable businesses in their respective markets. In addition, partners have opportunities to collaborate with Trend Micro sales, marketing, and technical teams, access sales and marketing resources, and earn rewards and incentives.
Evoque Data Center Solutions, a global provider of cloud connectivity and data services, announced that it had expanded its channel partner program to help partners drive additional business and attract new partners from various segments such as brokers, agents, and technology alliances. The expanded benefit to its partner program includes a consistent commission structure with increased incentives, expanded partner support, and enhanced co-branded marketing support.
Partnership Announcements
Wipro Limited and DataRobot announced a global partnership to deliver AI at scale to help enterprise customers accelerate their AI strategy. The partnership will strengthen Wipro’s partner ecosystem in enterprise AI and allow enterprise customers the ability to leverage DataRobot’s Augmented Intelligence platform to streamline AI-led intelligence into business decisions that impact their bottom line.
