Intuit announced it would acquire Mailchimp to help small and medium-sized customers acquire and retain customers. In addition, Intuit plans to combine customer data from Mailchimp and Quickbooks’ purchase data to provide business owners actionable insights to grow and run their business.
Partner Program Announcements
Box recently announced the launch of the Box Emerging Partners Program to support high-growth enterprise software companies. The invite-only program highlights key partners and will showcase their innovative services, products, and services to its customers. In addition, participating partners will have the opportunity to take advantage of various benefits, including supporting the development, launch, and adoption of their integrations to Box technical and sales teams, assigned business development managers, and more.
Quantum Computing, a cloud-based quantum software provider, announced the launch of its first partner program. The QCI Partner Program enables channel partners and VARs to offer their customers in government and business sectors access to its Qatalyst platform to utilize quantum computing to improve decision-making and provide accurate and diverse results to solve business problems. In addition, the partner program offers partners technical training, sales, and marketing resources.
During its Zoomtopia Partner Connect event, Zoom announced an enhancement to its reseller program to allow partners to offer its Zoom Phone Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) licenses to increase revenue opportunities. Zoom Phone is a full-featured cloud phone system for businesses of all sizes. Zoom Phone BYOC allows enterprise customers to keep their current PSTN service provider while using the Zoom Phone cloud. The offering has only been available to Master Agents in the past, and now resellers who meet the requirements and qualify will be authorized to resell the solution.
Park Place Technologies, a global IT infrastructure services and solution provider, announced its partner program and portal. The Uptime Partner Program will include three program tiers designed to give resellers, referral, and technology alliance partners various resources such as marketing and sales support, co-selling opportunities, training, and access to program investment dollars. In addition, partners in the program will also access a dedicated portal for easy deal registration, an on-demand library of co-brandable marketing assets, access to quick-tip videos, and a dashboard to monitor success against KPIs.
SecureLink, a leader in critical asset management, announced it had enhanced its partner program to support the growing number of partners in the program. The update includes PartnerLink, a four-tiered program based on performance factors such as contract value, partner profile completion, business plan completion, and certification that provides for financial and GTM benefits.
Turvo, a leading collaboration application provider for the supply chain, announced its partner program for referral, technology, consulting, and integration partners. The program will enable partners to offer organizations an effective way to collaborate using the Turvo Collaborative Cloud to gain visibility across orders, inventory, and shipments to plan and settle quickly and efficiently.
Partnership Announcements
ServiceNow and Microsoft announced that they had expanded their strategic partnership. As part of ServiceNow’s latest Now Platform release, it has introduced a new collaborative app for its Employee Center that integrates with Microsoft Teams and offers streamlined experiences. In addition, the companies also announced expanded investments in co-innovation and go-to-market efforts.
Nozomi Networks, a leader in IT and IoT security, announced a strategic partnership with Tripwire, a leading global provider of security and compliance solutions, to deliver fully integrated cybersecurity and compliance solutions for IT, OT, and IoT environments. Both companies have successfully worked together on integrations in the power utilities, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries. As a result of the partnership, customers will benefit from a consolidated view of their policy compliance across IT and OT, build a comprehensive IT and OT asset inventory, improve visibility into OT information, and consolidate change reconciliation and workflow for IT/OT.
