IBM announced it would acquire ReaQta, an AI-based endpoint security solution provider, as part of expanding its cybersecurity threat detection and response capabilities in the extended detection and response (XDR) market. In addition, IBM will expand its native XDR capabilities with the acquisition by including ReaQta’s offerings in its IBM QRadar XDR portfolio.
Partner Program Announcements
Aryaka, the leader in fully managed SD-WAN and SASE, announced that it would overhaul its partner program to reflect on its commitment to channel partners such as MSPs, VARs, distributors, and sales agents. The first program launched under the new initiative is the Arayaka Accelerate Partner Program for firms that operate in a sales agent model. In addition to benefits such as simplified packaging, pricing, and new online tools, Aryaka will eliminate protected accounts, quotas, and complex commission tables to remove channel conflict.
NetFortris, a provider of end-to-end managed cloud communications services and networking solutions, announced that it had relaunched its channel partner program to align with its new brand identity. The NetFortris Partner Program will now include four partner tiers based on monthly recurring revenue. In addition, partners will have access to a new partner portal to access sales and marketing resources.
Plum Voice, a leading provider of intelligent virtual agents, announced the launch of two new partner programs for referral and resell partners. The new Plum Referral+ and Plum Reseller+ programs make it easy for partners of all sizes to offer Plum’s AI-powered customer care solutions. With the new programs, referral partners will have access to a generous commission program. At the same time, resell partners can receive discounts off MSRP, qualify for white-labeling opportunities, build and deploy low-code applications, or build and deploy robust standards-based applications.
PaymentWorks, a digital onboarding platform for secured business payments, announced the launch of its first partner program for systems integrators, technical partners, resellers, and strategic partners. Depending on the partner type, partners will have access to a training and certification program, the ability to integrate their product offerings into PaymentWorks’ platform, and vendor management support.
