Around the Industry
Ingram Micro announced that it had completed the acquisition of BRLink, a leading MSP in Brazil, making it the only distributor in Brazil able to deliver a complete cloud migration. The acquisition strengthens Ingram Micro’s partner ecosystem by providing partners access to new cloud services and the opportunity to leverage BRLink’s expertise in cloud migration. In addition, both companies will continue to work together to expand into new markets and their combined ecosystem of solutions and services.
Claroty, a leading industrial cybersecurity company, announced would acquire Medigate, a leading healthcare IoT security company, as it looks to advance its mission to secure all cyber-physical systems across industrial, healthcare, and enterprise environments. In addition, the acquisition will allow Claroty to strengthen its partnerships by driving new revenue opportunities across more verticals and use cases.
Partner Program Announcements
Palo Alto Networks, a leading cybersecurity firm, announced that it had expanded its Technology Partner Program to provide a streamlined support structure and offer new resources to tools to its partners. In addition, the program will now feature a new four-tiered structure consisting of Elite, Premier, Select, and Self-Service partners. Partners invited to join at the Elite, Premier, and Select tiers will benefit from development resources, go-to-market resources, certifications, training, and technical support.
Perfect Technologies Inc., a global leader in dataflow automation, announced the launch of its new technology partner program as it aims to strengthen its relationships with a select group of integration partners. Previously, all of Perfect’s integrations had been contributed and maintained by its open-source community. The new Premier Technology Partner Program will not only ensure the integrations are validated and regularly updated, but it will also provide cross-product support, joint thought leadership campaigns, and support for go-to-market activities.
PSA, the world’s largest consortium of professional systems integrators, announced the launch of its PSA Partner Program for technology partners. The new program will feature three levels of partnership based on the level of commitment by the partner. Partners in the program are committed to creating access to more offerings, exclusive training and certification opportunities, and a higher level of support to PSA and its network of integrators.
HYCU, Inc., a leading multi-cloud data management software company, announced a new global partner program for Managed Service Providers, Cloud Service Providers, and Managed Security Service Providers. The new Global Partner PACE Program provides partners with the services and solutions they need to meet their customers’ needs for scalable and powerful multi-cloud solutions. Benefits of the partner program include predictable margin assurance for registered deals, a commitment for zero conflict, and specific tracks based on the partner type with unique resources and support. In addition, the program will offer sales and support resources such as joint marketing opportunities, licenses, and MDFs based on the partner tier.

Kyndryl and Google Cloud announced a global, strategic partnership to accelerate customers’ digital transformations. Both companies will prioritize and focus on digital transformation projects to help customers gain new insights and drive business outcomes. With the partnership, Kyndrl and Google Cloud will focus on key solution areas such as data and analytics, applied artificial intelligence, SAP on Google Cloud, Enterprise Edge, and solutions for the financial service industry.
