Around the Industry

  • Pax8, a leading channel marketplace for cloud solutions, announced it has agreed to acquire TVG, a cloud services and software distributor in northeastern Europe. The acquisition will provide Pax8 presence in the Baltic States of Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. TVG currently serves more than 1,000 partners and, in addition to its vast solutions portfolio, is an authorized Microsoft CSP Indirect Provider.

  • ConvergeOne, a services-led cloud solution provider, announced that it had acquired Integration Partners Corp., a US-based IT services firm specializing in designing and implementing digital infrastructure solutions. The acquisition allows the companies to combine ConvergeOne’s portfolio of IP solutions and services with Integration Partners’ engineering capabilities to deliver business outcomes at a much larger scale to customers looking to modernize their telecommunication and digital infrastructure environments.


Partner Program Announcements

  • Incorta, a leading unified data analytics company, announced the launch of its first partner program for technology partners, systems integrators, and solutions partners to support its rapid global expansion. The Incorta Partner Program gives partners access to incentives, training, technical certification, and extensive sales and marketing resources. In addition, to kick off the newly launched partner program, Incorta will be hosting a half-day virtual Partner Summit on January 19, 2022.

  • Code Corporation, a global leader in barcode scanning and data capture technologies, announced that it had made several enhancements to its North American Code Alliance partner program. Improvements to the channel program include the launch of a new ISV program in addition to its current reseller program, expanded portfolio of discounts, incentives, and support services. In addition, a new Partner Portal with access to a new learning management system will be available by the end of Q1.


Partnership Announcements

  • Qualcomm Technologies and Microsoft announced a new collaboration to expand and accelerate the adoption of augmented reality in both the consumer and enterprise sector. Qualcomm is working with Microsoft across several initiatives, such as developing custom AR chips to enable new lightweight and power-efficient AR glasses and integrating software like Microsoft Mesh and Snapdragon Spaces XR Developer Platform.
