Aptiv, a global technology provider of mobility solutions, announced that it would acquire Wind River, a global leader in delivering software for mission-critical intelligent systems. The acquisition will allow Aptiv to combine Wind River’s technology with its complementary SVA platform to enable automotive customers' multiple end-use innovations and applications.
IBM announced that it had acquired Envizi, a leading data and analytics software provider for environmental performance management. The acquisition will give IBM an additional offering to its existing portfolio of AI-powered sustainability offerings that help companies assess the impacts of the environment on business and of business on the environment.
sa.global, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner that provides industry-specific solutions to the professional services industry, announced it had acquired Dynamic Consulting as it looks to strengthen its presence in the US. Dynamic Consulting is one of Microsoft’s 25 Managed Partners in the US and provides consulting services to support successful implementations and strategic management of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Partner Program Announcements
Google Cloud announced new updates for its partner programs that include systems integrators, ISVs, and channel partners to address the demand in Google Cloud services that it faced in 2021. Updates to its programs include a lower Marketplace rate of 3% for eligible solutions, expanding regional sales and technical support teams for ISV partners, and launching ten new Expertise and Specializations to its certification programs for partners.
Signify Health, a leading healthcare platform provider, has launched a new partner program to connect hospitals, health systems, payers, and patients with a partner ecosystem of solutions providers focused on enhancing home-based care. The Signify Health Partner Program will give partners access to training resources, lead sharing, joint promotion, and product and service integration support.
Perimeter 81, a leading Zero Trust Network and Cybersecurity Experience platform provider, announced the launch of its partner program to deliver networking-as-a-service at scale. The Technology Alliance Partner Program creates an ecosystem of ISVs that either offers complimentary technologies alongside Perimeter 81 or provide various integration levels. In addition, the partner program provides its partners with business development resources such as market awareness initiatives, access to customer case studies and joint solution briefs, and exclusive webinars.
Devo Technology, the cloud-native logging and security analytics platform provider, announced the latest addition to the Devo Drive Partner Program. The new Technology Alliance Partner Program enables technology partners to build joint solutions that complement, enhance, and extend the value of Devo’s platform with their offering. In addition, partners in the program will receive access to Devo’s development environment and resources, go-to-market support, and ongoing access to enablement and education.
