AppDirect, a leading subscription commerce platform company, announced that it had acquired ITCloud.ca, a fellow Microsoft partner and one of Canada’s preeminent cloud technology providers. With the acquisition, AppDirect expands its geographic reach in Canada and can broaden its Microsoft Cloud capabilities by leveraging ITCloud.ca’s experience in Microsoft Azure and Business 365.
Partner Program Announcements
Dell announced that it had made enhancements to its Global Partner Program for 2022 to streamline the partner experience to enable partners to drive growth and facilitate business transformation. To simplify the program, Dell will offer one incentive structure for partners, regardless of whether they are a Solution Provider, Cloud Service Provider, OEM, or any combination. In addition to the single incentive structure, there will also be a single set of revenue and training requirements for partners.
Dynatrace, a leading software intelligence company, announced the launch of its DevSecOps Automation Partner Program for solution partners. The new partner program enables alliance and solution partners to extend the capabilities of their DevSecOps offerings by integrating with Dynatrace’s platform and offering partners access to leading solutions that, when combined, will leverage Dynatrace’s platform capabilities.
Lacework, a leading cloud security company, announced that it had enhanced its partner program for cloud service providers, alliance partners, and channel partners. The new Lacework Partner Program will include three program levels that will provide partners access to dedicated technical enablement, joint marketing resources, and a go-to-market framework. In addition, Lacework has also announced that it has established a Partner Advisory Board to help ensure that the company meets its partners' strategic needs.
Pondurance, a leading Managed Detection and Response service provider, announced the launch of its new partner program for solution providers, MSPs, and systems integrators. The Pondurance Channel Partner Program will provide partners resources such as co-marketing funds, support from a team of channel account managers, solid incentives and margins, and end-to-end partner enablement. Partners in the program are classified into three tiers based on total sales and revenue volume, sales skills and certification, and technical skills and certification.
Vultr, a leading independent provider of cloud infrastructure, announced the general availability of its partner program. The Vultr Partner Program was soft-launched in 2021 and has already attracted more than 500 MSPs, resellers, and technology innovators. The partner program offers partners the ability to earn high margins while building profitable value-added services and managed services on top of Vultr’s platform.
