Partner Program Announcements
LiveVox announced the launch of a new channel program for new and existing partners across the US and Canada. The ACTivate program provides partners such as master agents, solution providers, technology solutions brokerages, and managed service providers tools to sell and market LiveVox’s customer service and digital engagement tools. In addition, the program provides benefits such as custom partner onboarding, support from regional partner channel teams and sales specialists, access to its partner enablement and learning center, MDFs, and access to residual and sales performance incentives funds.
Tangoe announced the launch of its new channel program during last week’s Channel Partners Conference and Expo. The Tango Partner Experience has four partner tracks: technology service distributors, solution providers, alliance partners, and technology partners. Partners in the program will have access to three tiers with exclusive benefits such as discounts, marketing resources, better pricing, and increased support.
Fungible announced the launch of a new global partner program for resellers, distributors, and technology providers. The Fungible Partner Exchange (FunPX) partner program allows partners to collaborate and transact with Fungible based on their partner type. In addition, the program will enable partners to access benefits such as marketing and sales support, deal registration, dedicated regional account teams, and help from subject matter experts.
Medius announced the launch of a new partner program for independent software vendors (ISVs). The new Radius program allows ISV partners to leverage its existing integration, technology, and payment partnerships to enable customers a broad suite of services through its platform.
Partner Program Updates
Google Cloud announced the launch of new Consumption Packs for Deal Acceleration Funds (DAF) and Partner Services Funds (PSF) for partners. The latest addition represents a continued effort by Goggle to make it easier and more predictable for partners to accelerate all stages of a customer's journey to drive business. The new Consumption Packs have pre-determined funding levels to enable faster deployments, allowing partners to quickly plan and initiate customer projects.
Nextiva announced a new partner program to support its channel partners and customers. The NextivaONE partner program emphasizes simplicity, flexibility, and value and builds upon the success of its existing Nextiva partner program. Partners in the new program have access to sales enablement resources such as technical training, certification courses, and access to Nextiva beta products. In addition, a dedicated partner team provides end-to-end deal support to facilitate fast deal closing.
Mendix announced it had enhanced its training partnership program, enabling qualified partners to deliver official Mendix training courses by their Mendix Certified trainers. The Mendix Training Partner Program is designed to help partners develop their customers’ Mendix capabilities and increase overall platform adoption. Mendix Training partners receive access to training materials such as training guides and lesson plans. In addition, Mendix Training partners also receive the license to resell Mendix courses and exams.
