Partner Program Announcements
IBM announced a new partner program to give new and existing partners a transparent, simple, and modern experience. The IBM Partner Plus brings all partner types and programs together to help partners broaden their market opportunities and create new revenue streams. Further benefits of the program include competitive incentives through unlocking tiers, enhanced support, and access to IBM’s seller tools.
Conversica announced a new partner program as it continues to expand its global alliance network. The new partner program is divided into three categories with resources and benefits based on partner types: agencies, service providers, systems integrators, and independent software vendors (ISVs). The new program supports partners in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Alation launched a new partner program to build an ecosystem of development partners that can broaden connectivity options for its Data Intelligence Platform. The Partner Program for Open Connector Framework provides certified partners integration materials, support, and the opportunity to work directly with customers.
IRONSCALES announced the launch of its global channel partner program to enable and incentivize technology distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), global systems integrators, and managed service providers (MSPs). The @SCALE partner program enables partners to provide comprehensive email security and offers benefits such as product demo support, training, joint marketing support, SPIFFs, and guarantee margins.
BigCommerce announced the launch of its new omnichannel partner program designed to give partners new ways to help merchants of all sizes on any e-commerce platform. The Omnichannel Certified Partner Program offers two separate programs for agency and technology partners. It provides benefits such as advanced merchant enablement, access to growth consultations and workshops, free ad credits, and accelerated application approvals.
Partner Program Updates
ServiceNow announced new changes to its partner program that will recognize and reward partners for their expertise and experience. Enhancements to its partner program include four new expertise modules, the ability for all partners to receive access to the Partner Development Fund, and an upgraded partner portal and finder.
Citrix announced a new simplified partner program designed to bring predictability, profitability, and success to its partners. Under the parent company Cloud Software Group, the new tiered program will launch in March and will include benefits such as improved on-demand training and enablement and access to discounts when partners quote prices.
